Cumberland Falls

Cumberland Falls is one of the most attractive meteorites yet found. It fell on April 9th, 1919 at midday local time in Whitley County, Kentucky. It has been classified as an Aubrite with a Total Known Weight of around 14kg. The photo below is a partslice with a crusted edge. A great little addition to the Meteorites Australia Collection.
